The Service Management University ('University') is only accessible by licensed and authorized subscribers. This store accepts Credit Cards only. All transactions are subject to acceptance of the Privacy and Terms and Conditions as described within this site.

Line of Credit are available to subscribers as governed by previously agreed and documented agreements. For customers who do not feel safe providing their credit card details on the internet, we provide bank transfer (direct debit) and money order as payment options. Simply select which payment method that you prefer when checking out from shopping cart.


Items purchased will only be shipped, or access allowed, once full payment is received, or special payment terms previously agreed in writing.

Shipping - Tangible Items

This website uses local postal services for shipping. Special courier services are only used at the request of the Partner customer.

After you have placed your order, we will check our inventory and then send you an email containing your order summary and the dates we expect your merchandise to be packed and ready for shipment. Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that it is ready to ship and where possible a means of tracking the shipment to estimate delivery times. All delivery times are subject to the terms and conditions of a Partner agreement.

Orders for in stock items made before 12:00PM Caribbean Standard Time on a business day will be dispatched within two business days. Orders for items not stocked will be dispatched in five business days. If you place an order for an item which is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately regarding the expected dispatch date.

The total time it will take to receive an item is generally determined by adding the time shown in its shipping message to the number of days your shipping method will take. Since our merchandise can ship from different warehouses and destinations are worldwide, the time and day that you place your order may affect when your order is ready to ship. For example, an order placed Saturday afternoon may not ship until Monday morning.

Shipping - Intangible Items

This store also includes intangible items, such as electronic or distance learning lessons and courses ('Courses') and access is through a subscription license with a specific term or duration. Annual licenses allow Partners to use certain for a term and subject to terms and conditions defined within a separate supplied license agreement. Annual license products enable payment for the license. No shipping occurs for items described as intangible.

Shipping and Handling Costs

The shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the weight and shipping country at real time, of which are categorized into shipping zones. This website does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they our responsibility.

We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. This website cannot be held responsible for international taxes or levies charged for your order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

All shipments are tracked and insured. Regardless of the normal delivery time for international orders, it is not unusual for such mail to be delayed given the security concerns in our world at the moment. There are numerous reasons for delays as well as possible delay in customs. This website must allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can request an investigation for any late delivery.

This website cannot be responsible for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. Returns & Exchanges

All products are subject to the terms and conditions of the prevailing Partner license agreement and licensed items remain the property of this website. No refunds will be offered for intangible items, such as annual licenses, since these enable access to items that are easily copied.

We cannot accept items returned after 30 days or that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts. Nor can we accept returns without proof of purchase from this website.

We cannot exchange tangible items unless they are proven to be defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items will be replaced if they are received back within 30 days of their purchase date.

Exchanged items must be proven to have been purchased from this website. Exchanged items can only be replaced with the same product.

Instructions for Exchange

The following instructions should be used when a return or exchange has been approved. If you no longer have the original invoice, please request a copy from us by e-mail at [email protected] to enclose with your returned product. This way we will know exactly who the product is from and there will be no confusion.

Send the product(s) back to the return address as described on your invoice, or in response to your email request. The return addresses may vary based upon the original worldwide shipment address.

We recommend that you insure the parcel (at your cost) when returning products to us. At the end of the day, it is important that YOU are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, and do not feel your exchange fits in with our policies, drop us an email and explain the situation [email protected] . Please do not just send the item back without talking to us first. They will not be accepted and may be returned to an incorrect address.


All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the prevailing Partner agreement.

There are no refunds or returns for incorrect ordering.

Intangible Items

There are no refunds for intangible items as these are easily copied. The return or cancellation of a license is subject to the terms of the prevailing license agreement.

Tangible Items

In exceptional circumstances we will attempt to exchange an item for an equivalent item, of the same or greater price.

Price Changes

Our product prices are always subject to change without notice. If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for that product or service even if your order has been confirmed, or we may advise you of such via our regular weekly email updates with the option of canceling the order or paying the corrected amount.
